Deepwell Advisory is a Los Angeles-based advisory firm specializing in financial analysis and preparation for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Chris Cordone is the founder and principal.
Chris began his career in Investment Banking at JP Morgan, where he was responsible for building financial models and drafting presentations and offering memorandums for complex transactions such as spinoffs and leveraged buyouts. From there he transitioned to financial training where he has taught or tutored finance professionals in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation and deal structuring at major investment banking and private equity firms. In an advisory context, Chris has worked with many individuals and small businesses providing financial services to a wide spectrum of industries including logistics, healthcare, technology, real estate, wine and spirits, food wholesale and retail, PR, and film production.
